📍Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will become a key player in accelerating the growth of our innovative app's journey. You will be in charge of our marketing strategy, harnessing analytics and creativity to drive user acquisition and engagement in the competitive sleep aid market. This role calls for a blend of strategic planning, creativity mindset and hands-on execution, offering you the chance to make a tangible impact on our path to help people in their pursuit of happiness and wellbeing.
You will be responsible for:
- Design and Analyse: Develop and implement a robust and innovative marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. Design scalable user acquisition ideas. Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- ROI and Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates of our different channels. Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights. Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for various marketing channels and initiatives to allocate resources effectively.
- Marketing processes and reports Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and workflows. Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate marketing and campaigns performance.
- Strategy: You will also be part of marketing strategy discussions such as understanding the customer journey to optimize marketing touchpoints and improve experience and working on customer segmentation to better target marketing efforts.
What you will need:
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- A creative mindset and proven experience working with Social Media platforms.
- In depth knowledge of and experience with marketing platforms such as, Google Search and Google Analytics.
- Ability to assist in the implementation of marketing automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to marketing strategies and optimization efforts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
