Finance Manager

📍Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of our financial planning and ensure we remain compliant with best practices both in Argentina and the US. A key responsibility will be managing the company’s runway and projections, ensuring sustainable growth and financial health.

Reporting to our COO, you'll collaborate with leadership to shape strategic decisions, while working closely with our legal and accounting partners in Argentina and the US.

You will be responsible for:

• Partner with the leadership team to influence and guide business decisions based on financial insights and analysis.
• Take charge of runway management, ensuring the company’s financial sustainability through detailed forecasting and projections.
• Oversee the monthly controlling process by comparing actual financial results and key metrics to projections, analyzing variances, and adjusting future forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making
• Be responsible for budget approvals related to company investments in hiring, compensation, tools, events, and other initiatives.
• Lead the creation and oversight of yearly and quarterly financial plans, ensuring proper follow-up with the relevant teams.
• Ensure full legal and accounting compliance in both Argentina and the US, coordinating with law and accounting firms (covering tax management, licenses, GAAP standards, terms of use, etc.).
• Oversee a small team of contractors to execute payments in both countries (payroll, vendors, etc.).

About you

• 6+ years of experience as a financial specialist, controller, auditor, or similar role.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and business metric analysis.
• Proven experience executing yearly plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Experience in runway management and financial projections for company growth.
